HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

WHERE CAN A BOUNCE HOUSE BE SET UP?
Bounce houses can be set up safely on flat surfaces like (grass, turf, concrete, wood, tile and indoor flooring. The area should be clear of any trees or large bushes/plants. When setting up indoors, keep the height dimensions in mind.
We do NOT set-up on slopes, dirt, rocks or gravel.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN OUR BOUNCE HOUSES?
No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, glitter and absolutely NO PAINT OF ANY KIND. Additional fees will occur if Bounce House is returned excessively dirty.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED DURING MY EVENT?
Our customers are responsible for all rented items while in their possession. If any of our items are damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstances, a repair charge will be incurred.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to make your reservation.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL?
Our bounce house rentals are day rates and include up to 8hrs of rental time. Our delivery window is between 7am-12pm and pick ups between 7-9pm. If you need special accommodations, please email us and confirm during booking. We cannot guarantee all accommodations due to schedule of events and their locations/ event times, but we try our best. *Subject to change

Kids allowed in the bounce house must be between the age of 3-10 years old. Shoes must be off while using the bounce house. NO food or drinks, no sharp objects, no confetti or face paint, no slime or silly string, no furry friend, have fun & remember to play safe. *Adult supervision required. Please respect all rules. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur.

Please respect all rules. We are NOT responsible for any injuries that occur.
RAIN POLICY
We understand that the weather can be unpredictable that is why we allow our customers to cancel they're reservation 24 hours before the event and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to cancel due to heavy rain or high winds.
IF CANCELED IS PAYMENT REFUNDABLE?
No, payment is non refundable. We do offer the option to reschedule for a different date.
DELIVERY & SET-UP
Angels Bounce House is committed to make rental set ups and pick ups as easy as possible. We have a great team that will deliver, setup and pick up all rentals. We work with each client for the best delivery and pickup time.
DO YOU PROVIDE GENERATOR?
Generators are not included but can be rented for an additional $250. Customer is responsible of providing a power source with 115 voltage or higher within 50 feet from the jumper.
